The General Managers of the station are chosen to be the leaders and motivators of the WHBC staff. Their primary function is to oversee the management staff and be that link between the station and the board of advisors. As students, the general managers are given the opportunity to see what it truly feels like to manage a large staff and have the responsibilities of a CEO. In history, WHBC has only had one general manager and the position of the assistant was created to allow students who have the ability and not necessarily the eligibility to single handedly lead the station to work together to strengthen results.
